Guntur, Andhra Pradesh:
At just 19 years of age, Mr. Evuri Jagan Sai Nadh Reddy, a dynamic young entrepreneur from Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh, has made remarkable strides in India’s organic agriculture sector. Currently the Founder and CEO of Orgawin Pvt. Ltd, Jagan Sai Nadh Reddy embodies a new generation of agripreneurs redefining sustainable farming practices in the country.
While pursuing his B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture degree at ITM University, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, he introduced an innovative herbal pesticide named “Orgit” — a breakthrough organic solution that effectively controls major crop pests such as aphids and borers. Unlike conventional chemical pesticides, Orgit delivers outstanding results within just two applications, offering farmers an eco-friendly, residue-free, and highly efficient pest management option.
Driven by his vision to reduce chemical dependency in farming, Jagan Sai Nadh Reddy has successfully motivated and transformed over 100 farmers across Andhra Pradesh toward organic and semi-organic cultivation practices. His dedication extends beyond product innovation — he has been mentoring students and young farmers to explore agri-entrepreneurship as a sustainable and impactful career path.
To strengthen this mission, he established a youth-driven initiative called “Sasyadhara”, aimed at inspiring the next generation to take part in farming and allied agricultural sectors. Through Sasyadhara, he promotes awareness about organic practices, rural innovation, and environmental conservation, helping build a movement to prevent future food crises through sustainable agriculture.
Speaking about his vision, Mr. Reddy says, “Agriculture should not just feed us — it should heal the soil, empower farmers, and sustain our planet. My dream is to see every farmer confident, independent, and proud of the soil they cultivate.”
With his innovation, leadership, and social commitment, Evuri Jagan Sai Nadh Reddy stands as a shining example of how India’s youth can combine science, entrepreneurship, and compassion to lead the nation toward a healthier and more sustainable agricultural future.
